  Despite a rigorous workout schedule, distance running and what I thought was a reasonable diet for a sixty year old man, I didn't feel well. I felt sluggish, my libido was on the wane and the excess body fat around my stomach was not coming off despite hundreds of crunches. In speaking with a close friend, I came to learn about the Jones Institute. My friend and his wife had been clients for a couple of years and were very satisfied with the advice and care they had been given. So, yes, this is a testimonial. I have always been skeptical of them, but I feel compelled to share, briefly, my past fifteen months as a client of Jones Institute: body fat down, weight down; libido up and muscle mass up. I've learned much about nutrition as well. I'm enjoying eating much more than I had previously, because now I am making informed choices and I've seen - and felt - the benefits of good nutrition. There is no sense of deprivation: rather, a sense of well-being and contentedness that I could not have imagined. The supplements I have been taking replace naturally-produced hormones that my body no longer produces. A fact of aging is that our bodies don't manufacture the chemicals needed to help us maintain an optimal level of fitness. While there are no "fountain of youth" supplements, I've found new vigor and I feel much younger than my chronological age. I think that's pretty much all you can ask for as we get older.
